Sleeping Moon - Original Painting
I've been drawn to images of the moon since I was a child. I used to sketch and color it with magic markers and give them away..... I wish I'd kept one for myself.
I sketched this moon face on paper and mounted it to a 8" x 8" x 1.5" stretched canvas and then painted it with muted tones using acrylic paint. I've held on to it since it's creation four years ago, and have moved it from room to room. It's one of my favorites....
Doesn't require framing. Sides are painted black and can stand alone on a shelf or table. Can be hung if desired.
